fragrance collection

Like most girls, I love collecting perfumes. It it bad that the main thing that draws me in is the bottle and not the actual fragrance? I actually don't have a lot of perfumes compared to other collections I've seen but I'm so spoilt for choice on a morning that it would be even worse if I was to buy more even though my bucket list is endless. I always go into Debenhams just to try all the different scents on those cute little test papers they have.. I have so many of those.

I absolutely love this perfume, it's my second bottle and I plan on getting another when this runs out. Lady Gaga's Fame perfume is amazing. I love the fact that it's a black fluid, it's so unique just like Gaga herself. It sprays clear when airborne so it doesn't stain skin/clothing. It's a sweet smelling scent with a hint of fruitiness, like Apricots and Blackberry mixed together almost. You can get this really cheap now, around £20 for the perfume along with body lotion and shower gel which I think is amazing. I definitely recommend this.

Next up I have Darling by Kylie Minogue. I'm not a Kylie fan but my mum had this perfume and I was always stealing it and covering myself in it. So she decided to buy me my own bottle so I wasn't using up all of hers. It smells really fresh and sweet which I love about this perfume. It's not at all sweet in a sickly way either. I wouldn't say it's an everyday one for me, I use it when I'm in the mood for it. It's perfect for spring though, really feminine and floral.

Now this is one of my all time favourites, I very luckily received this on valentines day and was so overwhelmed. I've always dreamed of having my very own bottle of Chanel No 5. I'd like to call it my grown up perfume sophisticated, most classy scent. It's strong and literally lasts all day, I sprayed some on a test sheet and 2 days later could still smell it. I don't wear it every day because I will be so upset when it's gone. So I wear it when I'm wearing something quite smart/non-casual. A lot of people say it's too wooden and musky for them, but I completely disagree. It's so hard so explain the but it's a very acquired scent and you won't know you like it until you try it.

Meow by Katy Perry is very fruity and girly. Definitely for younger girls though, don't think an older woman would suit this. I bought this because I'm a huge Katy Perry fan and it was only £15 so I couldn't say no, especially when the bottle is an adorable pink cat. I would say it's very summery and floral, but it doesn't last all day so it does need topping up through the day. It reminds be of those candy sticks you would have as a child and candy floss, so yummy.

Killer Queen is my second Katy Perry fragrance. When I spray this one, it reminds me of last years summer because this was pretty much my only perfume at that time so it brings back lots of memories for me. This one is also sweet but with a hint of berries! I would also say it has a tad of spice which makes it quite edgy. I love the red ruby shaped bottle, I haven't seen a bottle like this one before. It's quite velvety which is quite warming when you spray it, I love it.

Another Katy Perry fragrance oh dear. This one is Oh So Sheer. It's a beautiful sheer purple colour with little sparkles in the fluid. It has an airy sweet floral smell which is perfect for spring. It was actually brought out as a limited edition spring edition which is amazing! I must say that I much prefer this one over killer queen. I just love how light/soft but strong this one is, it lasts all day too. You really don't need to spray a lot, 2 sprays at the most and you get a whiff of everything this scent has to offer, it's beautiful and it's the one I wear the most out of my collection because I think it's most suitable as a daily scent.

So there it is, my current perfume collection! I definitely would love to just go and spend loads of money on fragrances. I think my next investment will be a Jo Malone scent as I have heard so many good reviews on the wide ranges of smells they have.
Thank you for reading!
